Roller conveyor

AXMANN non-driven roller conveyors are normally used for the transportation of goods over short distances. The use of these modules enables the customer to transport goods manually on rollers or when setting the conveyor at a gradient, by means of gravity, both at favourable prices. Our roller conveyor program includes non-driven roller conveyors with corresponding roller bends and merges.

Roller Conveyor Modules Side Profiles

Profile 120 (4.7”)

  • Extruded aluminum profile with a satin anodised finish provides or insures structural stiffness and an aesthetic modern design.
  • The 120 side profile provides an integrated 35 mm (1.4”) side guide to conveyor lanes.
  • The cavity behind the cover strip can be used as a cable duct in most products.
  • The integrated “T” slot provides easy fixing of peripheral items such as additional guides, sensors and support frames.

Profile 80 (3.1”) (low profile)

  • Extruded aluminum profile with a satin anodised finish maintains structural stiffness and an aesthetic modern design in areas where side access is required such as 90°-transfers, push over sections or double width tracks. The top of the extrusion is normally situated 5 mm (0.2”) below the top of the roller.
